I’ve never eaten quince, but this Katt Frank illustration has me thinking about tracking some down soon. The organic, sketched look of her work is the perfect inspiration for a casually stylish outfit. Colored pants can be a pretty bold look, especially when the color we’re talking about is bright yellow corduroy. I love them as a cheerful pop with sophisticated neutrals, like J.Crew’s jewel collared sweatshirt and my favorite, versatile jacket. By the way, if you snag these boots, you’ll be a compliment magnet: I have a very similar pair that I can’t wear without them getting a little attention! (Pssst….they’re up as my “have it” next month!)
