Envelope art is one of the best things on Pinterest, in my opinion–there’s not too much of it floating around (ahem, paper flower tutorials) and it’s always unique. Of course, no one can beat an envelope painted by Henri Matisse, right? If a letter like this showed up in my mailbox, I’m not sure I’d be able to open the envelope and risk ripping the artwork. Another favorite thing recently: my Madewell boyfriend jeans. Creamy off-white, slightly distressed, and totally relaxed in the most stylish possible way. Bonus? They run big so I can go down TWO sizes from my normal size and still have loose-fitting pants–ego booster! Relaxed fit jeans just seem painterly, and paired with a silky blue tee with earthy block printing and a brushstroke embellished tote, this denim is the perfect item to emulate the envelope I’m coveting.
